We expect you have spent some years studying in a university, polytechnic or an equivalent institution and that you already have a solid understanding of SW development, radio engineering or telecommunication basic principles. You are ready to share your knowledge and skills among the people you work with - you are a team worker but also efficient on independent tasks. Nokia is a multicultural environment and our working language is English, therefore we require good language skills to allow you to efficiently communicate. At Nokia you have the opportunity to work on a variety of different tasks and projects in an environment where your are able to learn and enhance your skill set with the support of line managers and colleagues.
As for software related projects, it would be beneficial if you have good competences in at least some of the followings:
- Python, C/C++, Matlab, UML or Java/J2EE programming or system testing
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery
- Open source SW, Linux, GIT, multi-core processors
- Reactive programming or Graphical User Interface (GUI) are a plus
- You possibly have studied 4G/5G, big data, ML/AI, automated testing (TDD, ATDD, Robot), signal processing, virtualization, cloudification, databases or security
