Technical lead for L1/Radio specification area. Task to take care L1/Radio technical solution and specification. Contribute requirement screening and bring down timing related requirements effecting architecture into specification.
We’re looking for technical expert for L1/Radio specification team, where you will be working in system, digital hardware and software topics.
We need person who has wide competence on system level. Person need to be able to comment RU needs from early system feature definition phase across all legacy as well as new product needs.
His role as Technical lead for L1/Radio specification request good understanding for HW and SW dependences.
Person need to work with features like mMIMO, IoT and 5G NR in base station domain. Working with the product development teams (L1 Hw, Sw, Algorithms and testing).
This role request deep understanding of BTS in system level. It also requests long and multifaceted experience to do so.
Interested in HW and SW. Capable to co-operate and learn L1/Radio (L1Low) effects considering HW and SW interoperability. Good team working skills. Contribute to L1/Radio (L1Low) specification effecting HW architecture together with related other area specialist. Leading further L1/Radio (L1Low) functional specification development between R&D and A&S (Architecture&Specification). Support implementation and integration.
Task to take care L1/Radio (L1Low) functional specification requirements effecting architecture. Bring requirements down to specifications and ensure implementation into unit level L1/Radio (L1Low) functional specification.
Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders involved in a project, coaching and leading teams in solving complex engineering problems. Cooperation with software development and software integration engineers within the frame of feature development.
General Requirements:
- Experience in large scale SW projects.
- Experience in carrier-grade embedded systems development.
- Basic knowledge in FPGA/ASIC design
- General understanding about 4G and 5G radio access network
- Knowledge of RF signal processing
- Effective teamwork, co-operation and communication skills
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
Additional Requirements:
- You have 10+ years of background from development of wireless/telecom systems.
- You have a strong background in architecture and specification work related to BTS/SoC/SW, and signal processing systems development.
- Good understanding of the SoC (ASIC/FPGA) or Low level SW design flow and process.
- Capability and will to lead and coordinate in technical topics.
- Pro-activity and independent problem solving through own experience and network
- Fluent verbal communication and writing skills in English language.
- MSc/PhD in engineering or computer science.
