We are looking for a skillful SW engineer to join in the development of Nokia’s next generation Cloud Mobile Gateway. Our business unit is well positioned to become the market leader in its domain using multi-technology access across both wireless (licensed, unlicensed, and shared) and fixed networks.
You will be working in center of the Product with signaling and policy management. Your duties include requirements analysis, detailed design, implementation, and unit testing of new functionality. Our lead site is in Sunnyvale California and we have operations both in Europe and North America.
Qualifications:
- You have a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Software Engineering or equivalent discipline and have an interest in further develop this qualification with experience gained in a professional software engineering environment.
- In addition to strong software skills you have earlier experience working with real time systems.
- We also value earlier competence from signaling protocols (preferably mobile protocols), session and mobility management, network slicing, Linux and cloud/container technologies.
- Our main programming language is C. We would like you to be a recognized expert in SW development or a person decided to become a such.
